Black History Month. I will be reading High on the Hog by Jessica B. Harris. You can read along, or if you have other books by black authors or about black food culture, you can pick others. Chef memoirs, food history, food politics, a fiction book by a black author, even a cookbook. The hope is for you learn more about black food culture in America.
